Rickie entered my life when I was about 12. He became my favorite past-time. I carried him around with me in my bycycle basket,we took a few spills, but not much harm done. We spoiled him, loved him and he became the best man I ever knew. Never smoked, drank. did drugs, didn't curse, just became a responsible hard working man. Also a Christian. He was wonderful to my children, they adored him.My youngest child was born on his birthday, so he was named after him. As you can see I loved this good man dearly. I've never met annother man with so many good qualities. He was wise enough to marry Patti , giving me another sister to love. He's gone from the miseries of this world and with his Savior now.He'll be missed, but will still hold a place in my heart as long as I live....So it's not goodby, Rickie....just see you later!

I have a lot of wonderful memories of my Uncle Ricky. He always had a smile on his face, love in his heart, and a joke around every corner. My heart and prayers are with Patty, his children, and all who loved him.

When Rickie was little, I took care of him a lot while my mom was working. I ued to take him to 6th st park and we would sit in the clover and he helped me look for 4 leaf clovers. He found quite a few too and I would tell him how smart he was. Of course there were times when he drove me nuts but I couldn't get mad at him because he would give me that sly grin of his and make me laugh. He used to like one dress I wore now and then and he called it my senorita dress. My sister used to put him in the bicycle basket and ride him around and he loved that. Even when they fell over and hit the pavement a couple of times didn't scare Rickie, he was ready to go again. I know I'm going to miss him so much but I need to remember he is now in Heaven with his mama and I know he is happy and will never suffer again. I love you Rick and when God is ready for me, come and open the gate of Heaven. See you then.
