Those of us who know her know she has fought the fight for many years. I never heard her complain. She worked and kept on working. It kept her alive. Her battle here on earth as we know it she lost but she has won the battle with the Lord. Prayers for the family left behind to find faith and courage to live and do the right things in life as their wife, mother, daughter, friend, would want them to do. May you find peace in your good memories as they will be there to carry you through on those hard times ahead. God bless and be with all of you.

If you look up the term "great human being" in the encyclopedia, there would be or should be a photo of Janet Davis Ledford. In the 55 years since I chased her around the playground in the 1st grade, Janet was always sweet, nice, loyal & good to the bone. She will be missed but always remembered with a smile.
