I am wish you peace and comfort and solace for your souls to know that your mom and your grandma has passed on to a much better place where there is no sorrow, no illness, no growing old and most of all no more dying and leaving the loved ones behind. My wish for you is that you'll be comforted in the knowledge that you will be reunited with her someday.

Connie came down to our house back in the late 1980's and shared a lot of Bennett family history with me. Later, she brought me another updated copy of the family history. Uncle Henry had taken me around and showed me places that were important to the Bennett family in the early 1900's. When my life is over, I look forward to meeting them again. The loss of a loved one is one of hardest situations to face. I know there are angles that have been waiting on her arrival. Mother thought of Aunt Connie as a sister, I can see them walking the streets of gold together. Wish I could be there. Prayers for the Family! Renita

She also introduced me to Cashew brittle and I have never had any thing better than what she fixed. Loved that brittle. cant eat peanut brittle now.

Condolences to all the family. I worked with Connie at St. Edward's Hospital. She was a wonderful person and nurse. I will always remember her cherry-chocolate cake. She would bring a cake to share with the nurses. Rest In Peace sweet Connie.
