Donna Faye Carter, 65 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022 in her home. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Florence (Veach) Garner; a sister Paula Garner.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday September 9, 2022 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
She is survived by her husband Stephen Carter of the home; one son Joshua Carter of Van Buren; two grandsons Salem Carter and Jaxon Carter both of Fort Smith; one sister Mary Garner of Fort Smith; three brothers Alen Garner of Fort Smith, Ron Garner and James Garner both of Fort Worth, Texas.
