Lee Rae Cate, 76, of Van Buren passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 in his home. He was a farmer and an aircraft mechanic; a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War; a lifelong resident of Crawford County. He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Vian (Thompson) Cate; one brother, David Cate.

Graveside service will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Gracelawn Cemetery Arbor in Van Buren with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife Patsy (Gregory) Cate of the home; one daughter, Kristi Cate of Fort Smith; one son, Michael Cate of Fayetteville.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Monday, October 22, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.
