Joe Vance Olsen, 80, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at his home. He was a service engineer for Control Components, Inc., a U.S. Air Force veteran and of the Methodist faith. Joe was born January 1, 1938 in Meridian, Texas to the late Emil and Lometa McCorkle Olson.
Service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 graveside at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include; one daughter, Karma Williams of Oark, AR; one son, James Michael Olson of Mountainburg, AR; one brother, Royace Olson of Alabama; 6 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
