Frank W. Booth, 77 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Bella Vista, Arkansas. He was owner/operator of Booth Law Firm, practicing attorney in Crawford County for 51 years, City Attorney for Kibler. He was a 1958 graduate of Van Buren High School. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edith (Biggs) Booth.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Rutherford Cemetery in the Hog Eye Community south of Fayetteville under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife, Jona (Clayton) Booth of the home; one step daughter, Ashley Cruz and husband, Carlos of Fort Smith; two step sons, Aaron Schauer of Fayetteville, Shane Schauer and wife, Chelsea; one brother, Clyde Booth and wife, Paulette of Fort Smith; five step grandchildren; two nieces, Melinda Medlock and husband, Toby of Alma, Michele Green and husband, Roger of Kibler; numerous other nieces and nephews.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Schauer, Carlos Cruz, Jim Lockhart, Toby Medlock, Roger Green, Jr. Bing and Steve Myers.
