Tara Lynn Needham, 26, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Dyer, Arkansas. She was born on January 13, 1992 in Tahlequah, OK. She attended schools in Mountainburg and Alma. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by her mother, Tonya Williams Needham of Fort Smith, AR; her father, Barry Needham of Fort Smith, AR; two sons, Drace Cluck of Bentonville, AR and Tayden Mckai Needham of Fort Smith, AR and a daughter, Jaelee Mia Needham of Muldrow, OK; her maternal grandmother, Louise Willams of Muldrow, OK; a paternal grandmother, Doris Needham of Fort Smith, AR; and her brother and sister, Holly and Zackary Needham both of Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made to the Hope Humane Society, 3800 Kelley Highway, Fort Smith, AR 72904.

Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR.
