Obituary for Norman Lee McAllister

Norman Lee  McAllister
Norman Lee McAllister, 81 of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in a local hospital. He was retired from Pepsi Cola Company in Fort Smith. He attended Living Hope Church in Van Buren and was the first mayor in Cedarville. He was preceded in death by his parents Doyle R. McAllister and Bonnie L. (Morgan) McAllister.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Monday May 14, 2018 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial following at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife Norma of the home; seven daughters Sharon Tucker of Van Buren, Pam Looney of Charleston, Annette Sinden of Fort Smith, Darline McAllister-Carr of Cedarville, Stephanie Richesin of Van Buren, Donna Stephenson of Mt. Home and Alsu Fattakhova of Fayetteville; one sister Wanda Alexander of Van Buren; one brother Paul McAllister of Mountainburg; three stepsons Bobby Reeves of Kibler, Mike Reeves of Van Buren and Ricky Reeves of Tulsa; nineteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 2-4 PM at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Conner McAllister, Jake Tucker, Kevin McAllister, Joshua Reeves, Jonathan Reeves and Samuel Reeves.
