Roger Wayne Edwards, 48 of Van Buren passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 in his home. He was retired from the Highway Department in Crawford County as an equipment operator. He loved camping, sporting events, car racing and vacationing with his family. He was preceded in death by his father James Carthel Edwards.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Thursday March 29, 2018 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Edwards of the home; his mother Ellen “Deanie” Edwards of Van Buren; one sister Patricia Edwards of Chester; four brothers Jefferson Edwards of Chester, Johnny Dale Edwards and Tommy Edwards both of Van Buren and Gary Edwards of Fort Smith; his mother-in-law Mary Ramsey of Van Buren and his father-in-law Jimmy Reynolds.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street., Van Buren, Arkansas.
