Thelma Ann Evans, 66, of Booneville, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in a local hospital. She was born on June 14, 1951 to Lee and Roseanne Douglas in Clarksburg, WV. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her daughter, Antionette Evans.
Funeral services are 2:00PM, Monday, March 19, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to following in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Cledis Evans, Sr of the home; one daughter Terry Amos and her husband Toby of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Cledis Evans, Jr. and his wife Tracy of Charleston, AR; five grandchildren, Ryan Lewis, Crystal and Jerrod Osborn, Lindsey Courtney and Laci Evans and six great grandchildren, Tyler and Ian Willis, Lucas and Malachi Osborn and Braxtyn Parker and Oliver Piper.
Pallbearers are Mike Lewis, Tommy and David Evans, Brandon Hicks, Joseph Piper and Toby Amos.
The family will visit with friends from 2-4PM on Sunday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR.
