Davie Lee Robberson, 87, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Saturday Feb. 3, 2018. He was born March 12, 1930 in Seminole, Oklahoma and lived most of his life in Texas.

Mr. Robberson leaves behind his beloved wife LeOra May Robberson of Fort Smith; son and daughter Mike Robberson and Wendy Robberson of Houston, Texas; daughter Theresa Donaldson and Dalinh Inthavong of Cedarville; son Royce Smith and his wife Melba Smith of Lavaca; granddaughter Kiona Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and sisters Lucille Caldwell of Pasadena, Texas and JoAnn Grantham of Sugarland, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Louise Bunting, and brother Donald Robberson.

Mr. Robberson served in the Korean War and was a successful industrial contractor in Houston, Texas, for 39 years. He loved to cook (and partake of the results) and enjoyed travelling with his wife in their RV.

A visitation will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, Feb. 8 at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, Feb. 9, at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, with interment to follow at Salem Cemetery in Cedarville.
