Raymond Meriel Pickle, 88 of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in a local hospital. He was a farmer and worked for Oxidental Petroleum. He enjoyed working on farm, playing dominos and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Marvel Mae (Allstat) Pickle, and two brothers Robert and Eugene Pickle.
Funeral services will be 11AM, Monday, December 18, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Lucy Pickle of the home; one son Robert (Bobby) Pickle of Dayton, Texas; one daughter Deborah Humphries and her husband Adrian of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Family will visit with family and friends Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 2-4 PM at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren 700 Jefferson Street.
