William “Boogie” Sills, 58, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He was a commercial fisherman and of the Pentecostal Faith. He was born September 6, 1959 in Russellville, AR and preceded in death by his father, Douglas E. Sills. He liked fishing, hunting, and collecting arrowheads.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Durvin Cemetery in Yell County, AR. Services are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include his mother, Melba A. Sills of Alma, AR; four sisters, Betty Wiggins of Van Buren, Beverly Smith of Mountainburg, Suzy Blevins and Jeannie Stevens both of Kibler and one brother, Dannie Sills of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Jamie and Tyler Blevins, John Riddle, Tony Jordan, Jerry Remmer and Tannor Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Blevins, Wayne Mitchell, Les Wilson and Rick Little.
The family will visit with friends from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
