Allen J. Shelton, 65 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 in his home. He was employed by Commercial Drywall in Barling.

He is survived by his wife Janet Shelton of the home; five daughters Amber and her husband Les Ross of Van Buren, April and her husband Monty Lybeck of Springdale, Sherry and her husband Donny Buckanan of Alma, Sandy Wade of Van Buren, Carrie Huggins of Clinton Arkansas; six sons Michael Shelton, Steve Huffstetler and his wife Tonya, James Shelton and his wife Jessica all of Van Buren, Anthony Shelton and his wife Brandy of Tulsa, Scott Lind of Pocola, Scott Miller of Florida; three sisters Pat, Mattie and Shirley; two brothers Jackie and Jerry Shelton; numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and cousins.

Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas. There will be no formal service at this time.
