Mary “Pandy” Hipsher, 55, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in her home. She was a lifetime social worker for Child Protective Services in Texas and Arkansas and of the Christian Faith. She was born September 25, 1961 in Marion, Ohio to the late Karl and Linda Jo (Kelly) Hipsher.
Memorial service will be 11:00 A. M. Friday, September 15, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma. Cremation and services are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include one sister, Karla Elting and husband Keith and one niece, Kyrstyn Elting all of Van Buren, AR.
