Roy D. Shannon, 77, of Kibler, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 in a local hospital. He was a U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Veteran and a retired Mechanic in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Roy and Tonia Shannon were married for 46 Years when she passed away in 2009.

Funeral service will be 1 PM Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

Survivors are three daughters, Elizabeth Shannon of Van Buren, Pamela House of Colorado and Shannon Shannon of Fort Smith ; a son, Steven Shannon of Van Buren; six grandchildren , Crystal, Jessica, Jarek, Jesse, Jacob and Taylor; one brother, Jimmy Shannon of Arizona.

The Family will visit with relatives and friends Monday and Tuesday at 415 North 16th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas.
