Johnny De La Rosa, 21 of Fort Smith passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 in Little Rock.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Maria De La Rosa.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with cremation to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by both parents, Juan Pablo and Vitalina (Chavez) De La Rosa of Fort Smith; two sisters, Johanna Barroso and husband, Francisco of Fort Smith, Edlyn Chavez of Long Beach, California; two brothers, Pablo De La Rosa and Alan De La Rosa and girlfriend, Nancy Orellana all of Fort Smith; his maternal grandmother, Filomena Mendez of Fort Smith; four nieces, Briseis Sotelo and Melody Murillo both of Long Beach, California, Yanelli Barroso and Ayrie De La Rosa both of Fort Smith; three nephews, Andrew and Thiago Barroso, Adriel De La Rosa all of Fort Smith.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.
