Sarah Lou Kelley, 73 of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday January 24, 2017 in a local retirement home. She was a homemaker; a lifelong resident of Crawford County. She was a member of the Dora Baptist Church in Dora. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Kelley; both parents, Virgil and Virgie (Atwell) Burkhart.

Arrangement s and cremation under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, Arkansas no formal services will be held at this time.

She is survived two daughters, Cindy Bernard of Alma, Dena Zuck of Fort Smith; one son, Jimmy Phillips of Fort Smith; two brothers, Buddy Burkhart of Van Buren, Dennis Burkhart of Montrose, Colorado; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as many other friends and extended family members.
